MarvCrest provides professional advisory to give your application the strongest possible foundation, but the final decision always rests with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We are honest about this from the outset, and we set realistic expectations throughout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (NGN and USD), card payments via our secure portal (Visa, Mastercard), and select mobile payment options. International clients may pay in USD. A quote reflecting the applicable exchange rate at the time of engagement will be provided. Full payment details are shared when you begin your case.

What happens if my application is refused?

We provide a detailed review of the decision and advise on your options, whether that is a fresh application, an appeal, or an alternative route. Additional fees may apply for re-application advisory work.

Do you submit the application on my behalf?

We prepare and guide you through every aspect of your application. In most cases, you submit the application yourself at the relevant visa centre or online portal. For Premium Concierge clients, we coordinate as closely as regulations allow.

Can I upgrade my tier mid-process?

If your situation changes or you decide you need more support, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any point. The difference in fee is applied, and your case is seamlessly transitioned to the new level of service.
