Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 May 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and digital platforms operated by MARVCREST LIMITED (RC Number pending), a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, trading as "MarvCrest" ("MarvCrest", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing our website, creating an account, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or access our platforms.
2. Nature of Services
MarvCrest provides professional advisory services for global mobility, including visa advisory, travel planning, education abroad guidance, corporate mobility, relocation support, and related services.
MarvCrest is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We do not guarantee visa approvals, immigration outcomes, or the decisions of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Our advisory is based on current policy information and professional experience, but the final decision on any application always rests with the relevant authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging MarvCrest services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Supply all requested documents in a timely manner
- Respond to advisor communications within reasonable timeframes
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your case
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, history, or documentation
MarvCrest reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if we reasonably believe that inaccurate or fraudulent information has been provided.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are communicated before any engagement begins and are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). International clients may pay in United States Dollars (USD) at an exchange rate determined at the time of engagement. Payment is required as outlined in your service agreement. MarvCrest accepts bank transfers, card payments (Visa, Mastercard) processed via Paystack, and select mobile payment options.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. This reflects the professional time, expertise, and assessment provided during the session. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
For advisory packages (Visa Package, Premium Concierge, and other service tiers), refund eligibility is determined by the stage of service delivery at the time of cancellation. Any advisory work already completed remains billable. A cancellation policy is provided as part of your service agreement prior to engagement.
If you change your destination, visa category, or travel objective mid-process, this constitutes a scope change. Additional fees may apply to cover the new assessment, documentation, and advisory work required. Scope changes will be communicated and agreed in writing before proceeding.
5. Case Management and Responsiveness
Timely communication is essential to the success of your case. You are expected to respond to advisor requests for documents, information, or confirmation within reasonable timeframes as communicated by your assigned advisor.
If a client becomes non-responsive for 30 consecutive days or more without prior arrangement, MarvCrest reserves the right to archive the case. Archived cases may be reactivated subject to availability and a reactivation fee. MarvCrest is not liable for delays, missed deadlines, or adverse outcomes resulting from client non-responsiveness.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the MarvCrest website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of MARVCREST LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MarvCrest content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarvCrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, travel disruptions, or delays caused by third-party authorities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Services and Referrals
MarvCrest may coordinate with third-party providers for travel bookings, accommodation, airport transfers, and other logistics. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for the performance, delays, or failures of third-party service providers.
Where your case requires legal representation or regulated immigration advice, MarvCrest will refer you to a qualified and regulated immigration solicitor or consultant. Any fees charged by third-party legal professionals are separate from MarvCrest's advisory fees and are payable directly to the relevant provider.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, any fees for services already rendered remain payable. MarvCrest may terminate services immediately if these Terms are breached.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless an alternative jurisdiction is agreed in writing.
12. Changes to These Terms
MarvCrest may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
